All Wales Framework Agreement for the provision of Media Buying Services, Integrated Marketing Campaigns and PR Services. The Framework is broken down into two Lots. Lot 1 covers Media Buying Services and is being awarded to a single supplier. Lot 2 covers Integrated Marketing Campaigns and PR Services and is being awarded to 10 suppliers.
