This tool will help us understand what people are saying about our services, programmes, partners, and the Mayor across social media and the wider online world. The tool should collect, analyse, and summarise large amounts of publicly available online information - from social media, news sites, blogs, forums, and other online spaces. It is for insights only. It does not need to post or manage social media accounts. The tool will support better communication, help us spot issues early, inform service planning, and provide evidence for reporting and evaluation.
