Lift servicing and maintenance

Description

Homes in Somerset has over 4000 properties which they maintain and manage on behalf of Somerset Council. They currently have 12 passenger lifts which require ongoing maintenance and servicing to ensure they remain safe and operational for our tenants. We are seeking a contractor to undertake regular maintenance, servicing and emergency call outs as per the specification. From 1st September the number of homes will increase to over 10,000 and the number of lifts requiring maintenance, servicing and repairs and emergency call outs will increase to 15 passenger lifts.
