Direct award via CCS (now known as GCA) Framework Vertical Application Solutions VAS (RM6259), Lot 3 Housing, Environmental and Planning Solutions The Greater Manchester Combined Authority (GMCA), in partnership with the Greater London Authority (GLA), is delivering a strategic Digital Planning project funded by MHCLG. The project applies the learning from Greater London Authority's development of the London Planning Data Hub to replicate a version that would be beneficial to Greater Manchester
