Supported Housing Needs Assessment

Description

The council wishes to procure a Needs Assessment to be used as the evidence base for a statutory Supported Housing Strategy. The council will use the Needs Assessment as the basis for developing a Supported Housing Strategy which it must have in place by 31 March 2027. The date for completion of the Needs Assessment report is therefore 30 September 2026. The Needs Assessment must include all elements described in section 2 and meet the criteria in section 3 and will assess need both over the five years to 2032 and the following 5 years to 2036.
