This Contract Details Notice is issued in accordance with the Procurement Act 2023 and confirms the award and execution of a Framework for Kitchen and Bathroom Upgrade Works. The procurement was conducted in accordance with the below-threshold requirements of the Procurement Act 2023 and was advertised on Sell2Wales. The scope of this Framework comprises of the supply, design and installation of the replacement kitchen and bathrooms together with all associated electrical, plumbing, decoration and refurbishment, as necessary.
