MOU for TESTA Network Service 2025-2028

Description

This procurement is being conducted by the Metropolitan Police Service (MPS) on behalf of the Mayor's Office for Policing and Crime (MOPAC) who are the Contracting Authority as defined in Section 2 of the Procurement Act 2023. <span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:'Arial',sans-serif;">Subscription to access the TESTA data communication network service operated by the European Commission (as part of the Prüm Decision), and used to securely  exchange data between the UK, EU, EFTA and Acceding Countries.  The membership of UK police forces is managed by the </span><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:'Arial',sans-serif;color:black;">Government Digital Service.</span> <span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:'Arial',sans-serif;color:black;">Work is currently underway on an agreement to facilitate services and payments between government agencies. </span>
