This procurement seeks to deliver a brokerage function to act as a central coordination point between construction contractors, education and training providers, and voluntary and community sector organisations. The service will support all contractors to meet their social value commitments and work and skills obligations and maximise the benefits of regeneration for Stockport residents, in line with the Council's wider economic growth and inclusive employment priorities
