Coastline Design & Build are seeking tender submissions for a D&B development opportunity. The development is of 29 new affordable homes in Newlyn, Cornwall. The site has the benefit of conditional planning permission, with the designs currently at RIBA Stage 4. The contractor will be required to undertake detailed design and make a start on site by October 2026.
