Kepier - Extension

Description

The contract comprises construction works including the delivery of a three-storey extension to the existing main building, a single-storey extension to the dance/drama facilities, and internal remodelling works. Internal works include the construction of two mezzanine floors to create additional office space. The scope also includes the provision of an external dining shelter, together with associated external works, drainage, and all necessary ancillary works required for completion.
