The service is primarily for Home to School SEND transport provision but will also cover passenger transport for Children's Social Care and Adult Social Care requirements. The framework is for passenger transport services for a variety of vehicles and routes - taxi's, minicabs, buses, multi purpose vehicles - with and without passenger transport assistants.
