Further Competition to provide Rating Services - AWARD

Description

Norfolk County Council wishes to buy the following service: the supplier is required to manage the Council's business rates and council tax arrangements, ensuring valuations are accurate, sums due are correct and paid on time, advising the Council on potential savings (through reducing Rateable Value or securing reliefs and exemptions), securing those savings as appropriate and maintaining accurate data that is accessible to and usable by the Council.
