- The proposed contract will include optional extension periods, exercisable at Manchester Airports Group's discretion. The initial contract term is expected to be five (5) years, with the option to extend for up to two (2) additional one‑year periods, giving a maximum total contract duration of seven (7) years. Any extension(s) may be exercised to: Ensure continuity of uniform and PPE supply across MAG airports and business units Support operational stability, including ongoing uniform refresh programmes Allow sufficient time to complete a future re‑procurement where required Respond to exceptional operational, commercial or business continuity circumstances Extensions will be subject to: Satisfactory supplier performance Continued value for money Compliance with contractual terms and the Procurement Act 2023 Manchester Airports Group is under no obligation to exercise any extension option.
