Spine Road Phase V

Description

This contract was appointed via the ProcurePublic DPS for Supporting Construction Works Framework Agreement. The works include the construction and improvement of an access road and associated infrastructure at Royal Holloway University (Phase 5). This includes site setup and management, excavation and clearance, road and footway construction, kerbing, drainage installation and upgrades, ducting for IT and electrical services, street lighting adjustments, and the installation of external fixtures such as signs, bollards, and parking controls. The scope also covers comprehensive surfacing works (including asphalt, tactiles, and landscaping), line marking, and additional enhancements such as widening of roads/footways, new channel drains, and fencing. Provisional allowances are included for further IT infrastructure, lighting, and pedestrian area improvements.
