"This is a framework for Alternative Education Provision. Providers deliver arange of alternative approaches to providing accessto education for young people who are excluded orat risk of exclusion, at risk of disengaging frommainstream school provision or otherwise require alternative education provision to meet their educational entitlement. This also includes providers delivering tutoring to children and young people wherethey are temporarily unable to access provision. This is an open framework through which the Council has appointed providers who meet the minimum requirements. The Council aimed to do this each term. Please note that the framework is currently closed; however, the Council reserves the right to reopen it at any point during the contract term. "
