Description

Security Systems Maintenance (2026) The London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine School (LSHTM), based at Keppel Street, London, WC1E 7HT, has the following requirement for the provision of Security Systems maintenance (Access Control, CCTV, Intercom and Intruder Detection Systems) across its two main sites in central London. We will be looking to appoint one supplier for a maximum of seven years, commencing August, to cover the maintenance of our security systems. This requirement will not be split into separate lots as we are looking for one supplier to provide the full provision of services. There is currently no intention to replace the existing security systems used at LSHTM. To ensure consistency, accountability, and streamlined issue resolution, a single Supplier will be responsible for the following systems: • Access Control (CEM AC2000) • CCTV (ExacqVision) • Intercom (Zenitel / Stentofon) • Intrusion Detection Systems (Galaxy Gold) This notice is intended to alert potential Suppliers about this opportunity and for them to provide feedback regarding their ability to support LSHTM with the Service requirements set out above. Interest should only be made from potential Suppliers who believe that they can fulfil the service requirements; the experience we require; and the intended contract start date. The purpose of this PMEN is for LSHTM to understand the appetite from potential suppliers and to inform us of the final details of the Service requirements and expectations that we include in the formal tender documentation. Further information found in PMEN document attached to opportunity on the portal.
