The service is an emotional wellbeing mobile hub that routinely moves about the Wakefield District stopping in various scheduled locations with details provided through the Wakefield Families Together Partnership and networks including schools so that young people would know when the Van would be in their area. The service assists young people to access support delivered across Wakefield.
