SOW - People Workstream - Roles & Responsibilites and Ways of working

Description

The contract scope is to support Nuclear Restoration Services in completing the detailed design and documentation of future functional responsibilities, roles and ways of working. This will enable testing of the Target Operating Model in July. The services include defining future organisational structures, accountabilities, and interfaces across the Centre, Enablers, and Sites, incorporating clear RACI frameworks and identifying gaps in the current operating model to support effective implementation and organisational engagement.
