SOW - EAM Data Workstream (Mainsaver Acceleration)

Description

NRS is delivering a transformation programme aligned to its 10 year strategy which includes a transition to a programmatic delivery model to improve efficiency and accelerate outcomes. This contract has been awarded to support the accelerated delivery of Mainsaver related activities, addressing risks associated with system obsolescence and the unsuccessful CluedIn proof of concept, which had been intended to enable automated data integration and governance. The services will enable earlier migration of Mainsaver data to the new Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) platform, commencing approximately six months ahead of the original schedule. This is expected to accelerate the overall programme by approximately 24 months and provide improved schedule certainty.

Awarded to
