Description

The Council require a fully managed hosting and software service to support the Councils traffic enforcement team issue Penalty Notice Charges (PCNs) via a handheld device. These services include real-time enforcement software, reporting, virtual permit solution and cashless parking interface. This contract has been procured via a Direct Award through ESPO Parking Management Solutions Framework (Lot 4 - Civil Enforcement Solutions).
