Description

The service to be provided for under this contract is the Keyworker Service for Dorset Place to provide an offer which enhances existing services to support Service Users in navigating the services and reduce the risk of admission to a mental health unit. <br/>The contract award has been made following the Provider Selection Regime (PSR) Direct Award Process A.
