TENDER FOR UPGRADE WORKS AT ECCLESVILLE AND TRILLICK LEISURE CENTRE

Description

Fermanagh and Omagh District Council invites Tenders from suitably qualified Contractors for upgrade and refurbishment of works to Trillick Leisure Centre, Co. Tyrone and Ecclesville Centre, Fintona. The Works at Trillick Leisure Centre will include; • Refurbishment of existing sports floor• Refurbishment of existing lift to enable its operation • Other minor aesthetic and upgrade works • The contractor will be responsible for project / contact management of the complete works.• Health and Safety The Works to Ecclesville Centre, Fintona, Co. Tyrone will include; • Removal of existing windows and doors• Provision of new windows and doors and associated works • The contractor will be responsible for project / contact management of the complete works • Health and safety. The estimated Contract Period 10 weeks.
