Further competition under the following framework and Lot: • Homes England Development and Regeneration Technical Services Framework o Lot 2: Place-making, masterplanning and design services The purpose of the project is to prepare a masterplan to bring together a cohesive and coordinated vision for King's Lynn and in doing so consider the appropriate future land use, active travel, public realm, highways, town centre access and connectivity needs for the next 20 years. The masterplan should focus on the town centre but consider the wider urban area of the town as set out in appendix 1.
