Service & Maintenance of M&E Systems

Description

MSV Housing was seeking to secure a contractor for the above contract that consists of service & maintenance of a number of M&E systems as listed below, to properties within Greater Manchester, Lancashire and West Yorkshire, the procurement will be conducted via Contractor DPS - Lots 27,28,29,30 and 31. Assets include: Door Entry, Warden Call, Auto Doors, Auto Gates, Barriers, Intruder Alarms Contract duration will be for a period of 36 months with an option for a further 12 months based on satisfactory performance.
