The supplier will work with the Buyer's legal team to establish and operate a HighQ portal; support preparation, population and upload of template guarantee, amendment and restatement agreements and lending limit letters; apply agreed Buyer signatures when instructed; issue standard communications and DocuSign envelopes to participating lenders; monitor responses and send reminders; refer substantive legal queries to the Buyer; correct and reissue documents where lender details change; and check that completed documents have been duly executed.
