- Requirements under the Framework Agreement will be awarded through a mini-competition between all Framework Providers capable of delivering the requirement. For each requirement, Framework Providers will be invited to submit a role-specific proposal and pricing submission. The mini-competition documentation will set out the specific requirement, including the role profile, anticipated timetable, service requirements and evaluation criteria. The evaluation criteria and weighting applied at mini-competition stage may vary depending on the nature of the requirement and will be specified within the mini-competition invitation.
