- The framework agreement tentatively aims to start from 1 May 2026 for a fixed term of Four (4) years, with annual review clause with regards to suppliers' performance and commercial offer. This Multi-Lot Multi-Supplier framework aims to improve spend and contract management for FCDO. The Statement of Service Requirement clearly defines the products required, quality, and timelines. Suppliers will be required to adhere a firm Service Level Agreement for better supply chain management. Orders under £3,000 shall be placed directly with any of the framework supplier. Bill of Quantities valued over £3,000 will be required to be sourced through a mini competition (RFQ) among all suppliers listing in the appropriate Lot.
