Show Homes: Interior Design Framework

Description

Plumlife Homes, a subsidiary of Great Places Housing Group, is establishing a framework for Interior Design services to support its show homes across the North West of England. The single lot will cover: (1) The development of design concepts, room by room styling plans, and FF&E selections in line with Plumlife approved specifications. (2) Full project management of Show Home Design & Installation, including oversight of any on-site work. (3) Management of any additional subcontracted support for tradesman and/or decorators.
