To provide stock condition surveys to 50 Northumberland County Council sites.

GYBC, as the Social Landlord Service for the council housing stock, would like to seek a valuation service provision to meet its statutory duty to provide Right to Buy (RTB) Independent open market valuations in accordance with RICS and government RTB policy. The objectives of the ground investigation are: • Characterisation of the embankment dam structures in terms of composition, stratigraphy, and internal condition; • Assessment of seepage pathways, groundwater regime, and hydraulic connectivity between ponds; • Provide geotechnical parameters for the design of foundations for replacement footbridge structures at locations confirmed by the Supervising Engineer. • Characterisation of soils within the proposed river restoration corridor and wetland creation areas; • To monitor the variation in existing groundwater levels within the floodplain prior to restoration works to establish a baseline; • Environmental and waste classification of arisings in support of the earthworks strategy.

Pre and Post Event Site Surveying Services and Project Management of Site Reinstatement at the Royal Parks Surveying of Sites Prior and Post Events, and the Project Management of subsequent Site Reinstatement Works in Hyde Park, which takes place during January – April each year. This service reviews the impact on event sites by events within the Royal Parks.

The Commissioner of Public Works wish to invite tenders for the supply of Geomatic Survey Services; Measured Topographic and Building Surveys of the National Museum of Ireland Archaeology, Kildare Street, Dublin 2, Ireland. A geomatic survey of the building, both internal and external, will form the basis for the development of drawings connected with proposed conservation and new works to the building.

Historic England is developing a programme of works to decarbonise the National Archive facility at The Engine House, Swindon. The project forms part of Historic England's commitment to reduce carbon emissions, improve building performance and resilience, replace ageing building services infrastructure, and support the long-term preservation of nationally important archive collections. To support the development of the decarbonisation design, Historic England requires an accurate measured building survey and BIM-ready Revit model of The Engine House complex. The model will provide a reliable digital representation of the building to inform design development, coordination, asset management, maintenance planning and future estate improvement works. The survey is to include the modern Archive building, the adjoining historic Engine House office building, and the glazed link connecting the two structures. Historic England intends that the resulting BIM model will support both the current Archive Decarbonisation Project and future refurbishment, maintenance and sustainability projects across the wider Engine House estate.

London Borough of Hackney is a Member of the Fusion 21 Members Consortium. This Request for Proposal (RFP) is a Direct Award calling off from the established Fusion21 Consultants Framework - Lot 2 Stock Monitoring & Appraisal, for the provision of EPC surveys. The term of the contract will be for a 12 month period. It is anticipated that the contract will commence in August 2026.

In accordance with the Building Control (Amendment) Regulations, Assigned Certifier Services procurement for Lot 8 of the Department of Education and Skills Design and Build Schools Multi Party Framework Number 1. The consultancy services required are in accordance with the scope of services requirements identified in the Request for Tender (RFT) and the tender documents enclosed. Lot 8 refers to the new 1000 pupil post primary (Curragh Community College) to be delivered on a phased basis at the former Magee Barracks Site in Kildare town. The project will be delivered under the Design and Build Contract (PW-CF2).
