AGH Solutions Limited, is a wholly owned subsidiary of Airedale NHS Foundation Trust and the contracting entity for this requirement. AGH Solutions Ltd requires the urgent replacement of compressors within the Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHPs) serving the modular Intensive Care Unit (ICU) facility. The ASHPs provide critical heating and environmental support to accommodation occupied by critically ill patients. The modular ICU facility and its Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHPs) were commissioned approximately five years ago and should not yet have reached the end of their expected operational life. However, a specialist engineering assessment has confirmed significant compressor failures requiring replacement to maintain system resilience and functionality. The premature failure of these components is currently being investigated with the original building constructor and associated parties to establish the underlying cause and determine any contractual or warranty implications. Notwithstanding these ongoing discussions, the Trust must take immediate action to ensure continuity of critical care services and cannot delay replacement whilst liability and remedial responsibilities are being determined. Replacement compressors are subject to an estimated lead time of 8-10 weeks. Any delay in placing an order would materially increase the risk of component failure during the winter period, potentially affecting the environmental resilience of accommodation used to support critically ill patients. Total amount: £133,759.00 excluding VAT

Steeton with Eastburn Parish Council ("The Council") invites fixed-price quotations for the reconstruction and resurfacing of the perimeter walkway surrounding Steeton Crown Green Bowling Green ("Bowling Green"). The Council's objective is to create a safe, accessible and long-lasting pedestrian route for bowlers, officials, spectators, visitors and members of the wider community. The project comprises an approximately 152-linear-metre perimeter route, with existing walkway widths varying from approximately 1.26 metres to 1.85 metres and an indicative total surface area of approximately 215 square metres. The works are expected to include: • removal of defective tarmac, all edging and unsuitable foundation material where required; • reconstruction of approximately 142.5 linear metres of concrete perimeter edging, including suitable steel reinforcement and stabilising pins; • incorporation of approximately 9.5 linear metres of previously reconstructed edging and walkway; • formation of suitable levels and falls to avoid ponding and protect the bowling green; • smooth connections to retained surfaces and access points; • lawful removal and disposal of all spoil and waste; and • making good and leaving the site safe, clean and ready for use. The completed walkway must provide a firm, even, durable and accessible pedestrian route for bowlers, officials, spectators, visitors and members of the wider community. The dimensions are indicative and have been obtained using a measuring wheel. Tenderers are responsible for verifying measurements, levels, quantities, access arrangements and site conditions before submitting their quotation. A site inspection is strongly recommended. Subject to prior agreement, a limited designated area of the adjoining car park may be made available for plant, skips, temporary material storage and other site requirements. The procurement and any subsequent appointment are subject to the Council securing grant funding, confirming the availability of funds and formally approving the selected quotation. Full requirements, submission instructions and evaluation criteria are contained in the Invitation to Quote and Works Specification.

Overview South Yorkshire Mayoral Combined Authority intends to undertake a competitive procurement for the provision of a Child Focused Courts: Independent Domestic Violence Adviser (IDVA) Support Service across South Yorkshire. Child Focused Courts represents significant change to private law children cases. The model aims to improve the experience and outcomes for children and families, particularly adult and child victims of domestic abuse. It focuses on early identification of risk, increased engagement with children and bespoke support for victims, all within a streamlined court process. Within the model, there is a funded pathway for Cafcass or local authorities to refer victims of domestic abuse to specialist agencies for IDVAs to provide expert risk assessment and support. This notice is issued to provide advance visibility of a forthcoming procurement opportunity. It is not an invitation to tender, and suppliers should not submit tenders or proposals in response to this notice. The final service requirements, contract value, dates, award criteria, performance arrangements and contractual provisions will be set out in the tender documents.

South Yorkshire Mayoral Combined Authority invites tenders for the provision of a South Yorkshire-wide Children Who Use Harm (CWUH) Programme. The service will provide targeted interventions for children and young people who display harmful behaviours within a family context, including child and adolescent to parent or caregiver abuse (CAPVA). The successful bidder will deliver an accessible, evidence-informed programme across South Yorkshire that improves outcomes for children, young people and families affected by these behaviours. The contract will commence on the 24 November 2026 with an end date of 31 March 2029. Full details of the intended procurement timetable are included within the tender documents. Requirement Summary The proposed service will support children and young people aged 10 to 17 who use harmful behaviours towards parents, carers, siblings or other family members. Parents, carers and siblings affected by these behaviours will also be supported. The service will operate across South Yorkshire and provide a trauma informed, whole family intervention. It is expected to include assessment and risk management, structured support for parents and carers, direct therapeutic and behaviour change support for children and young people, relationship harm prevention, safeguarding support, multi agency coordination and follow up. Delivery will be developmentally appropriate and individually tailored, including adaptations for developmental stage, communication needs and neurodiversity. Interventions for children under 16 will involve parents or carers throughout. For those aged 16 to 17, there will be greater emphasis on individual responsibility, prevention, transition planning and preparation for adulthood, while maintaining family involvement where safe and appropriate. Practitioners will use CWUH evidence informed approach, including motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioural techniques, emotional regulation interventions and restorative practice. Safety planning will be completed with both victims and children and young people who use harm. The programme will use a blended delivery model incorporating community venues, Family Hubs, schools, partner premises and online support where appropriate. Safeguarding, victim safety and risk management will be embedded throughout the entire delivery pathway. While recognising that children who use harmful behaviour often present with significant vulnerabilities and unmet needs, the programme maintains a clear focus on protecting victims and reducing harm. The intended outcomes include reduced harmful behaviour, improved victim and family safety, improved emotional wellbeing and regulation, increased educational engagement and attendance, reduced police demand associated with family harm, reduced future offending risk and improved outcomes for vulnerable children and young people. The detailed service requirements, anticipated activity levels, outcome measures, award criteria, service standards and contractual arrangements will be set out in the tender documents. Please be advised that a related UK3: Planned procurement notice was previously published of Notice identifier: 2026/S 000-084070, Procurement identifier (OCID): ocds-h6vhtk-06f2ad

Delivery of York's home to school transport service for multiple routes to our maintained schools. We expect these to be delivered via buses of varying sizes and taxis. Our previous contract was split into 7 Lots with an approximate value of £5.6million total (excl VAT). Whilst we expect the value to remain similar but in line with cost increases, we are considering a restructure of the Lots. York is also considering including some of the shared routes for our Adult Social Care needs. This may increase the total value of the procurement by a further £400,000 excl VAT.
