Thamesport (London) Limited are not subject to the Procurement Act 2023 Regulations. Risk Details	Electric Reachstacker specification cannot be met. Downturn in global shipping, reduced number of container movements and as a result could reduce the requirement for the equipment.
Amendment › Description	Please note that the total number of electric reachstackers being purchased has now increased from 5 to 6. The requirement is for an additional electric reachstacker to specification of vehicle type 2 (as per the specification). The additional unit is required and will be purchased by sister port - Thamesport (London) Limited and the requirement will be included under this process. Note that Thamesport (London) Ltd are not subject to the Procurement Act 2023 Regulations. Please note requirement for additional equipment has been reflected in estimated spend.
