Amendment › Description A project to replace the current contract has been concluded however due to the time that it takes to conduct a procurement exercise and the subsequent implementation period, delays have been encountered and have meant that a short extension is required to the current contract to ensure continuity of testing. This extension will be for a 6 month period from 01 November 2025.
Amendment › Rationale Need for additional works, services or supplies by the original contractor/concessionaire: SNBTS require additional goods to ensure successful implementation of the new contract. There is no provision to change suppliers as the test kits and equipment are linked and there is no substitution available across suppliers’ platforms.
