Risk Details	Due to the evolving situation in relation to pension pooling and the associated regulatory landscape within the UK, there is a known risk that LGPS Central may require additional support beyond the scope of this Procurement. This could include assistance with advanced reporting configurations, integration of new data sources and the development of enhanced disclosures as regulatory expectations change (such as additional ESG reporting). The Authority reserves the right to include these additional items under this contract if the need arises.
