KWL are seeking Sub-contractor to carry out Roof Replacement Works to Hull City Council's Domestic Properties. It is expected that work will commence in November 2026 with works expected to be completed by April 2028. The works will cover re-roofing works to approximately 245 Properties As part of the Scheme of Works there are also requirements for additional sub-contractors for the provision of Flat Roofs, Shed Refurbishments, Relocation of Aerials and Satellites and Scaffolding. The higher the ranking the more likely you are to receive works. Sub-contractors must consider that the rates they submit will affect the price score that they achieve. Business will go to the top ranked sub-contractor as a matter of course. The award of a position on the framework does not constitute guaranteed works and sub-contractors should not treat it as such. KWL reserve the right to award work to additional sub-contractors on the framework as and when needed to ensure the on-time delivery of the project. A tenderer may submit a bid for all lots or only for those which are of interest to their organisation. For sub-contractors to be awarded a position on the framework they must achieve a minimum of 50% of the available points across price and quality.
