Der Fuhrpark umfasst 18 Leasing- und neun eigene Fahrzeuge; jährlich werden etwa drei neue Leasingverträge erwartet. Vorgesehen sind Full-Service-Kilometerleasingverträge über 36 oder 48 Monate. Der Auftragnehmer holt je Abruf drei Vergleichsangebote ein und koordiniert Beschaffung, Zulassung, Betrieb und Rückgabe. Zum Service gehören Wartung, TÜV/AU, Tank- und Ladekarten, Schaden- und Pannenmanagement, UVV-Prüfungen, Fahrerunterweisungen, Führerscheinkontrollen und Online-Reporting. Die Leistungen sind mindestens in Berlin, Bonn und Hannover sowie teilweise bundesweit und im Ausland zu erbringen. Ersatz- und Interimsfahrzeuge sind bedarfsgerecht bereitzustellen.
