Options

As there may be a requirement over the framework term for new materials or tools to be purchased there will be an option for the Framework Manager to add new items onto the price list. If products are added to a Lot (i.e. 1,2 or 3) all suppliers appointed to the same Lot will be asked to submit a price for this items (or equivilant).

For each call off requirement, the total price of the item(s) required will be calculated using the tenderers rates and prices submitted. The tenderer offering the lowest total price shall be ranked first for this call off. The Council will place an order with the tenderer ranked first, subject to the tenderer confirming its ability to fulfil the requirement in full, within the required timescales and providing Data Sheets (if requested). If the first ranked tenderer is unable to fulfil the order, either wholly or in part, the Council reserves the right to place the order, or the unfulfilled element of the order, with the next lowest priced supplier. All submitted prices will remain fixed for the first year of the framework. There will be an option to vary the prices annually on each anniversary of the framework award. On occasions where a higher value order is required (>£25,000) the Council may choose to undertake a competitive selection process based on 100% price. All successful tenderers on the relevant lot will be invited to submit a quote via the ETS.
