Mandat de Commercialisation en Bail Réel Solidaire (BRS) d'environ 60 logements AXANIS à TALENCE La consultation porte sur la commercialisation en Bail Réel Solidaire (BRS) d'un programme situé au 682 cours de la Libération à TALENCE (33400), pour le compte de la SCIC Axanis (ci-après « Axanis » ou « le Pouvoir Adjudicateur »). Il est précisé que le titulaire exercera ses missions en concurrence avec la société Runimmo, second commercialisateur de ce programme (cette dernière étant titulaire d'un marché de commercialisation non exclusif avec le pouvoir adjudicateur).
