De maatschappelijke begeleiding wordt aangeboden aan statushouders van 18 jaar en ouder die aan de gemeente Eindhoven zijn gekoppeld en zelfstandig worden gehuisvest via de taakstelling. Inwonende minderjarige kinderen kunnen ondersteuning nodig hebben, maar het begeleiden van kinderen is primair de verantwoordelijkheid van de ouders. Om deze reden richt de maatschappelijke begeleiding zich op de ouders, zodat zij hun kinderen goed kunnen ondersteunen. Maatschappelijke begeleiding bestaat uit de volgende vier modules: Maatschappelijke begeleiding, financiële zelfredzaamheid en welkomstprogramma; Maatschappelijke begeleiding 18-/18+; Jongerenpunt; Juridisch informatiepunt.
