Salon Vuokratalot Oy pyytää tarjouksia Isohärjänkatu 7:ään, Saloon rakennettavan uudiskerrostalon kokonaisurakasta. Hankintaan sisältyy seitsemänkerroksisen asuinkerrostalon toteuttaminen täysin valmiiksi saatettuna urakka-asiakirjojen mukaisesti. Rakennukseen tulee 36 asuntoa sekä väestönsuoja, irtaimistovarastoja, teknisiä tiloja, jätehuone ja yhteisiä varastotiloja. Urakka toteutetaan kokonaisurakkana, jossa urakoitsija toimii kohteen päätoteuttajana ja vastaa hankkeen toteuttamisesta kokonaisuudessaan sisältäen rakennus-, maanrakennus-, LVIA- ja sähkötyöt sekä muut urakka-asiakirjoissa määritellyt velvoitteet. Rakennuskohde sijaitsee osoitteessa Isohärjänkatu 7, 24240 Salo. Rakennuspaikka on nykyisellään rakentamaton tontti. Hankinnan tarkempi sisältö, soveltuvuusvaatimukset, vertailuperusteet ja muut ehdot on esitetty tarjouspyyntöasiakirjoissa. Tarjousten valintaperusteena on halvin hinta tarjouspyyntöasiakirjojen mukaisesti.
