Auf dem Schulcampus Grevesmühlen soll ein Zentralgebäude errichtet werden, Gebäudegrundfläche ca. 65,5m x 24m, Gebäudehöhe ab OKFF ca. 10m. Das Gebäude ist zweigeschossig mit Teilunterkellerung und Teil der integrativen Schule, was erhöhte Anforderungen, zum Beispiel an die Alarmierung zur Folge hat. Der Bau umfasst Installation in Betonwänden, eine Brandmeldeanlage mit Aufschaltung auf die Feuerwehr, eine Einbruchmeldeanlage, eine ELA, eine PV-Anlage mit Speicher, Installationen in der Außenanlage, eine KNX gesteuerte Nachtauskühlung und Sonnenschutzanlage. Der Leitungszug erfolgt auf Kabelbahnen und Sammelhaltern, die stellenweise brandschutztechnisch eingehaust werden müssen. Zusätzlich soll das Gebäude über eine Großküche mit Untermessung, eine kleine Sporthalle und eine Mensa mit der Funktion einer Versammlungsstätte verfügen.
