The Council will award call-off contracts under the Framework by way of direct award. The Council will issue Direct Awards under the framework based on allocation of grant funding. Where grant funding is available, properties will be allocated to Framework Suppliers in accordance with a transparent and objective allocation mechanism, as follows: Properties will be allocated on a rotational basis between all appointed Suppliers, with an initial allocation (e.g. up to [X] properties per Supplier), subject to capacity. Where a Supplier does not have sufficient capacity to accept further properties at the point of allocation, the Council will move to the next Supplier in the rotation. - Additional allocations will be made based on: - Demonstrated available capacity - Ability to mobilise properties within required timeframes - Performance against key contractual requirements (where applicable) All allocations will be made in accordance with the above criteria to ensure fairness, transparency and equal treatment of Suppliers.
