Gegenstand der Ausschreibung sind Ausbau- und Metallbauarbeiten im Rahmen der brandschutztechnischen Ertüchtigung des Bahnhofs Bamlerstraße in Essen. Die Leistungen umfassen die Lieferung und Montage zweiflügeliger Brandschutz- und Rauchschutztüren T 30-2-RS mit Feststellanlagen sowie diverse Metallbauarbeiten zur Ausstattung der Bahnsteige und der Einhausung. Hierzu gehören insbesondere Abhängungen und Tragkonstruktionen für Rettungszeichenleuchten, Kameras und Uhren, Tragkonstruktionen für Erdungskurzschließer, Edelstahl-Einbauschränke für Löschwasserentnahmeeinrichtungen sowie selbstlöschende Abfallbehälter. Ergänzend sind Rückbauarbeiten und erforderliche Kernbohrungen auszuführen. Die vorgegebene Ausführungszeit umfasst rund 6 Monate, wobei mit den Arbeiten gemäß Planung des Auftraggebers im Anfang Januar 2027 zu beginnen ist.
