Hollolan kunta (jäljempänä "Tilaaja") hakee tällä tarjouspyynnöllä kunnan valaistusverkon huolto- ja kunnossapitotöille puitesopimuskumppanin sopimuskaudelle 1.1.2027 – 31.12.2028. Sopimukseen sisältyy lisäksi kaksi (2) yhden (1) vuoden optiokautta (1.1.2029-31.12.2029 ja 1.1.2030-31.12.2030). Tilaaja ilmoittaa option käyttämisestä sopimustoimittajalle kirjallisesti viimeistään kolme (3) kuukautta ennen voimassa olevan sopimuskauden päättymistä. Option käyttäminen on tilaajan harkinnassa eikä tilaaja sitoudu optiokauden käyttämiseen. Hankinta käsittää vuosittaiset huoltokierrokset, erikseen tilattavat huolto-, kunnossapito- sekä pienet saneeraus- ja uudistyöt, ympärivuorokautisen vikapäivystyksen (vasteaika 2,0 tuntia), valaistusverkon dokumentoinnin sekä valaistusverkon käytönjohtajan tehtävän. Hankinnan kohde on kuvattu tarkemmin tarjouspyynnön liitteissä 1 (Palvelukuvaus) ja 2 (Urakkaohjelma).
