Upphandlingen omfattar kommunikationstjänster som kompletterar Beställarens interna och externa produktionsresurser. Tjänsterna ska i förekommande fall utgå från och följa Beställarens befintliga varumärkesplattform samt tillämpliga styrdokument och riktlinjer för kommunikation. Upphandlingen är uppdelat på två anbudsområden. Anbudsområde 1 avser större sammanhållna kommunikationsuppdrag som kräver strategisk och operativ kompetens samt samordning mellan flera yrkesroller. Uppdragen kan omfatta hela processen från rådgivning, analys, planering, idédiskussion och konceptutveckling till grafisk formgivning, textproduktion och framtagande av färdigt kommunikationsmaterial. Anbudsområde 2 omfattar mindre och avgränsade kommunikationsuppdrag som uppkommer löpande i Beställarens verksamheter. Uppdragen ska normalt kunna genomföras inom kortare tidsramar och utan behov av en större projektorganisation.
