LCRCA Housing Investment Fund - Investment Proposal

Description

Investment support for the LCR Housing Investment Fund concept. This would be for 3 areas: 1. Develop up to 8 case studies from the housing pipeline to demonstrate how a Housing Investment Fund could be deployed in the LCR. 2. Leverage existing networks to support investment conversations with private and institutional investors at investment/property events e.g. MIPIM and UKREiiF 3. Support the creation of a Full Business Case for the fund including regular meetings with the CA and project team and providing technical input where required.
