Extension breakdown: Initial term: 16 November 2026 – 15 November 2028 (2 years) Extension Option 1: 16 November 2028 – 15 November 2029 (1 year) Extension Option 2: 16 November 2029 – 15 November 2030 (1 year) The maximum possible duration of the contract, including all extension options, is four (4) years. Any extension will be exercised at the sole discretion of Westminster City Council and in accordance with the contractual provisions.
