If a Supplier was to be top placed on both Lots they will be awarded Lot 1 as this has the greater value and Lot 2 will be awarded to the second placed Supplier on that lot. Although Suppliers can only be awarded a maximum of one lot each successful lot Supplier will be required to have step in rights to the other lot. This is in the event that one of the successful Suppliers is failing to deliver the works required in that given lot. |
