User Research Contract

Description

ONS requires external specialist support to source and recruit suitable participants for an ongoing programme of user research. Throughout the contract period, the supplier will work with multiple ONS departments and support varying research needs across different stages of development. Requirements for each round of research will be specified by ONS, and suppliers will be expected to demonstrate flexibility, responsiveness, and the ability to recruit participants at pace.
