CCoE: Learning Space 2

Description

This tender was for the refurbishment of CCoE: Learning Space 2 into a multi-functional learning space for students in various trades courses. Re-development follows the original learning space (Shed 1) which was re-developed between 2022 and 2023 and will form open workshops, formal teaching spaces and other practical learning environements. The conversion will include a new mezzanine level for students to accommodate spray booths, low level joinery, tiling and a maintenance area.
