UKHSA Provision for PCR Viral Load Detection and Immunocompromised Assays

Description

This requirement is for the procurement of an end-to-end solution incorporating nucleic acid extraction, detection and associated amplification tests and consumables (NAAT). The two requirements which are needed are: - Procurement of commercial end to end solution for Immunocompromised assays to include Parvovirus, HEV, CMV and Entero targets and supply of any CE marked reagents and consumables. - Procurement of a commercial CE marked end to end solution for the viral load detection of EBV, CMV, Adeno Virus, HSV 1+2 in Whole blood or plasma and BK Virus Whole blood/Plasma and Urine including reagents and consumables to replace in-house PCR assays.
